Financial Analyst (Contractual)

NOTE: This position is not an employee for hire position, but we are looking for a professional on a project by project basis as we expand our company.

Hours cannot be guaranteed at present.

CM CONSULTING & FINANCE, INC. is looking to bring on a few Financial Analysts to the team to help with some projects as we expand the business. The ideal candidate must be expertly skilled at and well versed in the following:

Financial Analysis:

• Responsible for analyzing and creating financial statements.

• Responsible for predicting the future performance of the company, including, but not limited to, forecasting future revenues and expenditures, modeling capital structures and budgeting.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have:

• Able to work on a project by project basis as contracted support for the company

• 1-3+ years of business finance or other relevant experience

• High proficiency in financial model techniques

• Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions

• BA, BS or B.Com degree required in Account/Finance/Economics

• Strong analytical and data gathering skills

• Good business acumen

• Able to create financial statements & forecasts as well as investor deck that can be served as part of an Executive Business plan
